The cabinet can be equipped with a data media insert for fire protection of CDs, DVDs, external hard drives and memory cards. Please do check with your insurance company what their requirements are for your specific country and area.
Design and finish
The value safe's surface consists of an impact-resistant structural lacquer in white. On the front is a horizontal panel in dark blue colour which is a nice touch to the general design.
The lock system is regulated by a readjustable key lock (or an optional battery powered keypad code lock at an additional cost). The lock bolts are protected against attempts att drilling with manganese drills. Should you choose the code lock, the cabinet puts itself into a lock-down state after several attempts at opening the safe with erroneous codes.
All bolts are entirely made of solid steel. The rear edge of the door is secured by an enclosing notch, which provides a truly effective break-in resistance.
The cabinet is supplied as standard with key lock but can be supplied with a battery powered high security keypad code lock.
Increase the security
Increase your security by changing code 3-5 times a year! This will prevent that a functional code ends up in an unauthorised hands. In addition unequal wear of they keypad buttons might hint about which of the digits that are used in the code if its not changed every once in a while.
