An electronic code lock is a smart investment for your S-series security safe. Forget about bulky keys and the worry of them getting lost or falling into the wrong hands. Thieves often search for keys hidden near the safe, which can lead to costly damage. With a code lock, you eliminate that risk and protect both your property and your premises.
Flexible and cost-effective
Keys for security safes are copy-protected, making it expensive and cumbersome to manage access for multiple people or if a key is lost. A code lock solves this problem. You can store up to 9 unique codes (one master code, one group code, and seven user codes), providing flexible and controlled access. If an employee leaves, you simply change the code at no extra cost.
Reliable battery operation
The lock is powered by a standard 9V alkaline battery (Duracell is recommended for best performance), which is easily replaced from the outside if it runs out. The battery lasts for 1-2 years with normal use. Your codes are securely stored in the lock and will not be lost during a battery change.
Important for long-term security
To prevent the buttons from wearing down and revealing which digits are used in the code, we recommend changing the code 3-5 times a year. This is a simple measure to maintain maximum security over time.
