Insurance standard
Swedish insurance companies approve of storage of values up to 50,000 SEK in all safes rated as EN1143-1, Grade 0. Since there might be different regulations and requirements in different countries (and sometimes different areas), do check what applies to your local circumstances and insurance company. It might even be more permitting!
Anti-theft abilities
The insurance approval proves that SAM65K-0 offers a strong anti-theft protection, to further improve this protection the cabinet is also prepared for bolt down to a floor.
Locking system
In contrast to its sibling SAM65E-0 with code lock, SAM65K-0 is equipped with a high security key lock with two belonging keys.
Keys are ok if very few are supposed to have access to the cabinet.
One perk of key locks is that there is no need to change batteries or codes every once in a while, although battery changes is usually only required about once a year depending on how much the code lock is used.
