How Does It Work? (Stand-alone Version)
This key cabinet operates completely without a network connection and is easily managed via the built-in touchscreen.
- Add Users: The administrator registers users and links them to an RFID tag.
- Quick Access: The user scans their tag to open the cabinet.
- Take the Right Key: The user takes the key or keys they need. Each key has a unique, intelligently locked position.
- Secure Return: If a key is placed in the wrong spot, a diode will indicate this.
- Instant Information: If a key is missing, anyone can scan their tag to see who has it.
Event Log and Access Groups
Get detailed reports on all key activity. The log can be exported via USB to a computer for analysis in software like Excel. You can also create different access groups to control which users have access to specific keys, providing an extra layer of security.
