Reliable Code Lock for Intensive Use
The cabinet is equipped with a reinforced electronic code lock featuring a durable membrane keypad, specially developed to withstand thousands of openings. Unlike simpler models, the PX series lock is proven in demanding environments such as healthcare. The backlit display ensures easy operation in all lighting conditions. The lock is powered by 4 AA batteries and is easy to program with both a master code and user codes, making it simple to adjust access rights during staff changes.
Always Accessible with Dual Emergency Opening
Forgotten code or dead batteries? No problem. The PX144 has two independent emergency opening systems to ensure you can always access the cabinet:
1. Mechanical Emergency Key: An included key can be used to open the cabinet manually.
2. External Power Supply: Connect a 9V battery to the external terminals to temporarily power the code lock and open it with your regular code. An invaluable feature that eliminates reliance on misplaced emergency keys.
Smart Storage with Key Drop Slot
On the left side of the cabinet, there is a convenient key drop slot that simplifies key returns. This saves time and reduces unnecessary wear on the code lock's batteries, while also allowing unauthorized personnel to securely deposit keys without accessing the cabinet's contents.
Flexible Interior and Easy Installation
The PX144 comes complete with movable and removable key hook panels, numbered labels, and 144 key fobs with rings. The flexible interior makes it easy to organize and maintain a clear overview.
