Lateral filing cabinet FK2-3830 is a hanging file cabinet with a robust steel construction that is tested and approved to withstand fire for 60 minutes.
Each drawer is its own fire cell, which means that all closed drawers are protected against fire. The cabinets are also equipped with an anti-tilt system, which means that only one drawer can be opened at a time.
This anti-tilt system is used to prevent the cabinet from tipping over if, for example, you have a large number of documents in the drawers.
Fireproof lateral filing cabinet FK2-3830 holds approximately 150 hanging files. This can, of course, vary depending on how many documents are stored in each hanging file.
Locking
The standard lock is a central lock that locks all the drawers. You can use a lever on the side of each drawer to select how many drawers should be locked by the lock.
Each drawer runs on ball bearings, which allows the drawer to be easily opened and slid into the cabinet.
