Electronic code lock

KC64 has an electronic locking mechanism that is easy to operate. The password is programmed with a personal code of 4–6 digits. The lock is powered by 4 AA batteries (1.5V) which are placed in the battery holder on the inside of the door.

Emergency opening with key

If the batteries run out or if the code is forgotten, an emergency key (Override Key) is included, allowing you to open the cabinet manually via the keyhole hidden behind a cover on the keypad. The emergency key should always be stored in a secure location outside the cabinet.

Security Features and Alarm

For increased security, the lock has a built-in lockout feature. If the wrong code is entered more than 5 times, the lock will freeze and become inoperable for 15 minutes. The cabinet also has a built-in alarm that reacts to impacts and tilting; if the cabinet is struck or tilted, a warning signal is activated.

Anchoring

The cabinet is prepared for anchoring to a wall (wood or concrete) according to the instructions, and the cabinet is fastened with the included screw and washer.
