Smart cabinet with logging function
The cabinet has 30 compartments and is better described as a key dispenser. Each retrieval or return in the key cabinet is registered in an event log that can be easily read in the cloud-based software. Every time someone picks up a key or returns a key, the cabinet also takes a photo, which can also be easily viewed directly in the software.
One-time codes via SMS or email
The one-time codes are distributed by the administrator who can easily set the time for when keys can be picked up or returned; both time and date are specified by the administrator. The temporary codes are sent to the customer or employee via SMS or email. The software is cloud-based and can therefore be administered with a mobile phone, a tablet, or a computer.
Sturdy construction with very good theft protection
The cabinet's body is made of powder-coated sheet steel and has a stainless steel front. A very sturdy steel frame is bolted to the wall with several bolts, and then the front frame is locked in place with a heavy-duty key lock. Therefore, the cabinet cannot be easily stolen without the help of substantial tools and a lot of work. If the cabinet is moved from its position, an alarm is sent directly to the software so that you, as the administrator, can quickly see what is happening to the cabinet.
Easy connection via 230 V and 4G connectivity
The cabinet is easily connected to a 230 Volt outlet with the included plug. As soon as the cabinet is plugged into the 230 Volt outlet, it is ready to be administered. The cabinet's internet connection is via our standard Mobile 4G network, which means there is no need for Wi-Fi or a direct connection via an internet network.
Easy expansion for handling more keys
If you need to store more than 30 keys for check-out or return, you can easily supplement your existing cabinet with more key cabinets/key dispensers. You can easily control the cabinets via the software so that your customers or employees can pick up or return their keys.
Support costs, operating costs, update costs, and SMS
When you order a Livionkey 30 from us, a monthly cost of 200 kr excl. VAT/month is added. This cost includes operational support, technical support, and updates to the software. This monthly cost is normally charged once a month.
IF you as a customer choose to notify your employees or customers via SMS, an SMS cost of 2.50 kr per SMS will be added.
NOTE! As the admin of the cabinet, you can choose to communicate the temporary code via email instead of SMS, in which case no cost for SMS is incurred.
