2-hour fire protection for paper
The fire protection class is extremely good, with 120 minutes for paper and documents and 60 minutes for technical products and digital media. The protection class for paper is according to the Nordic standard - NT Fire 120 P and MTC-DIP120 - 60DM, which provides 60 minutes of fire protection for digital media.
In other words, the safe protects items such as DVDs, USB drives, memory cards, and hard drives for 60 minutes, with a good margin as it has been tested in temperatures up to 1000 degrees.
Drop tested from 9.1 meters
To prevent the safe from breaking and thus losing its fire protection in the event of a fire-related collapse, all safes in the DMS series are drop-tested from a height of 9.1 meters.
Lifetime after-fire warranty
In the event of a fire, the safe will of course become unusable afterwards, even though the contents remain intact. Therefore, we will replace it with a new fireproof safe completely free of charge. This warranty is valid for the entire lifetime of the safe.
