The Livion Key 30 is more than just a key cabinet; it's an advanced key vending machine with 30 compartments. Every retrieval and return is instantly recorded in a detailed event log, accessible through the cloud-based software. For added security, a built-in camera captures a photo of each transaction, giving you complete visual control directly in the admin interface.
Flexible Access with One-Time Codes
As an administrator, you can easily create and distribute time-limited one-time codes to customers or employees. You decide the exact time and date a key can be picked up or returned. The codes are conveniently sent via SMS or email, and the entire system can be managed from any device—mobile, tablet, or computer.
Robust Construction and Theft Protection
The cabinet is built with a sturdy powder-coated steel frame and a stainless steel front, providing excellent theft protection. The unit is securely mounted to the wall with a strong steel frame and locked with a heavy-duty key lock. If the cabinet is tampered with, an immediate alarm is sent to the software, notifying you as the administrator instantly.
Simple Installation and Connectivity
Installation is straightforward—simply plug the cabinet into a standard 230V outlet. The Livion Key 30 automatically connects to the internet via the mobile 4G network, eliminating the need for Wi-Fi or a wired network connection.
Scalable Solution for Growing Needs
If you need to manage more than 30 keys, the system is easily expandable. Add more Livion Key units and manage all of them from the same central software for a seamless and scalable key management solution.
Operation and Support
A monthly fee of SEK 230 (excl. VAT) applies. This includes operational support, technical support, and continuous software updates. If you choose to send codes via SMS, a cost of SEK 3.50 per SMS will be added. Email notifications are free of charge.
