The firebox combines a sleek design with high security. It is equipped with an easy-to-use electronic code lock where you can easily set your own personal code. The lock is powered by a 9V battery (not included) and has a preset master code for extra security.
How the Fire Protection Works
During a fire, the box seals itself as the outer plastic casing melts, completely encapsulating the contents. The insulation material in the walls contains trapped water which, when heated, turns to steam. This process draws heat away from the interior, keeping the internal temperature at a safe level to protect your belongings.
