The cabinet is tested by RISE according to IEC/EN 60335-1:2023+A11:2023, a standard for electrical products intended for the general public. The standard covers electrical safety, not fire protection. The cabinet has also undergone fire tests at RISE with real e-bike batteries in thermal runaway, where it proved to maintain its structural integrity during an intense fire.
