Smart Key Management with Logging
The Livion Key 1 is more than just a cabinet; it's an intelligent key dispenser with one compartment. Every pickup and drop-off is registered in a detailed event log, accessible through cloud-based software. This gives you full control and an overview of key usage, no matter where you are.
One-Time Codes via SMS or Email
As an administrator, you can easily create and distribute time-limited one-time codes. Decide the exact date and time a key can be retrieved or returned. The codes are conveniently sent to customers or employees via SMS or email, and you can manage everything from your mobile, tablet, or computer.
Robust Construction and Theft Protection
The cabinet is built to last. The body is made of powder-coated sheet steel with a stainless steel front. A sturdy frame is bolted to the wall, and the front is secured with a strong key lock. If the cabinet is tampered with, an immediate alarm is sent to the software, allowing you to act quickly.
Simple Installation and Connection
Installation is straightforward. Connect the cabinet to a standard 230V outlet with the included adapter. It connects to the internet via the mobile 4G network, eliminating the need for Wi-Fi or a network cable. The cabinet is ready to use right away.
Operational and Support Costs
A monthly fee of SEK 130 (excl. VAT) applies. This includes operational support, technical support, and continuous software updates. For sending codes via SMS, a cost of SEK 2.50 per SMS is added. Sending codes via email is free of charge.
Favorable Rental Solution
In collaboration with Siemens Finance, we offer a flexible rental solution to spread the cost. Choose the period that best suits you. At the end of the rental period, you own the cabinet. The monthly rent includes the support fee of SEK 200/month.
