SSF3492 rated pistol cabinet (approved in Swe) for storage of handguns

SP 33 is tested and approved as a SSF3492 rated security cabinet and is therefore, if properly anchored (since its weight is less than 150 kg), approved for storage of weapons that together reaches a protection value score of 20 protection value points (1 handgun = 2 p, 1 automatic weapon = 4 p, and 1 rifle = 1 p).

Anchoring of cabinet

Since the cabinet is fairly small in size and light in weight, it is a requirement to anchor the cabinet to a floor or wall so that thieves can't take the safe with them for later breaching.
Thanks to pre-drilled holes in the bottom and back of the cabinet it is however easy to mount the cabinet to a wall or floor (or both).

Save yourself from key related problems!

If you want to avoid carrying the cabinet keys around, or worse hiding them (which unfortunately is quite common), you can choose to equip your cabinet with a battery-powered electronic keypad code lock for a relatively low additional cost compared to its benefits.

Accessories

Thanks to the extra width and hight of SP33 in comparison to e.g. SP22, there is quite a lot of room for accessories.
One of the very useful accessories is pistol supports (for 2 handguns each) with a soft felt mat in its bottom to protect your weapons.
There is also the possibility to buy additional shelves with the cabinet or afterwards.
Another type of accessory is boxes with small compartments for smaller items or valuables.
