In Sweden insurance companies therefore approve of insured storage of values up to 40.000 SEK in SS3492 rated cabinets, sometimes more if they are bolted in a room with alarm.
Recommended maximum value for the contents of the cabinet is 40,000 SEK.Although insurance companies in Sweden tend to approve of 40,000 SEK in the cabinet, cabinets in alarmed rooms might be approved for 80,000 SEK.

Choose between two lock options
Although this security cabinet comes with a readjustable high security key lock there is also the possibility to equip your safe with electronic code lock instead. Code locks are great for meany different reasons, not least if many are supposed to have access to the safe.
Code locks are also safer since there is firstly no risk of loosing keys, and secondly no risk that burglars will start searching for keys if they see a code lock. Such searches might cause damage to your property that can quickly surpass that of a code lock.
Anchoring of the safe
Although insurance companies don't require you to anchor SSF3492 rated safes over 150 kg, we always advise you to bolt it to a floor or wall anyways. This not only increase the security immensely, but also eradicate the risk of safes tipping over. Tall safes with otherwise rather "narrow" dimensions like this one has a tendency to tip over, especially when its door is opened since it often stands for about 30% of the safes total weight.
