Side Filer for Efficient Filing
This side filer is an excellent alternative to typical filing cabinets when space is limited. It is also a suitable cabinet if you want to avoid excessively tall cabinets while maintaining filing capacity. This high-quality filing cabinet is wider and has a shallower depth than typical filing cabinets/suspension filing cabinets. The cabinet has four drawers, perfect when you need more drawers for filing but do not want an overly deep cabinet. For example, side filers can be placed in narrower spaces compared to standard filing cabinets, which take up more depth. Alternatively, side filers can be placed back-to-back in an open-plan office to create a filing island.
Formats, Materials, and Features
The cabinet files A4 and Folio formats, which can be combined within the same cabinet. It is also possible to equip it with card cassettes to hold smaller formats such as A5. Storage in a side filer creates efficiency when handling or needing to save many documents. The cabinets are stylish and simple, making them suitable for most environments.
The cabinets are made of sheet metal and feature fully welded drawers and frame, ready for use upon delivery. They have a central lock that secures all drawers simultaneously and an anti-tilt system, ensuring only one (1) drawer can be opened at a time for safety reasons. The drawers have robust full-extension runners with 100% pull-out and are tested for over 80,000 cycles with a 50 kg load. The drawers also feature full-width handles and an integrated label display on the drawer front.
Standard colours are white and light grey. It is possible to order the cabinet in other colours to match your interior, but this may result in longer delivery times and potential additional costs.
