Why buy a DMS safe? Very strong fire protection at a low price!
Although DMS71E is a very small (and easily placed) fireproof cabinet, it has been built, tested and approved to protect both paper and data media against external temperatures of about 900-1000 °C (300-500°C then the in a normal building fires) for 60 minutes. Making it a very cheap option in comparison to other fireproof cabinets that only protects your paper. DMS-safes can therefore reasonably be called an allround fire protection unit, thanks to its ability to keep not only precious paper, binders and documents safe (as in fireproof document safes), but also computer hardware and data media (e.g. tablets, DVDs, backups, USB sticks and external hard drives, HDD) as well, which is what we nowadays use to store our precious memories (i.e. photos/videos) and work.
Drop test from 9.1 meters
In order to avoid the cabinet from breaking and losing its fire protection if it fell through a floor during a fire, all DMS cabinet models are fall tested from a height of 9.1 meters.
Lifetime "after-fire" guarantee
In the event of a fire, the cabinet will of course be unusable afterwards, even though its content remains intact. Therefore, we will replace your cabinet with a new one of the same or equivalent kind, completely free of charge. This warranty applies throughout the entire lifespan of the cabinet, so if you are unfortunate enough to be affected by such tragic event, you are warmly welcome to contact us so that we can replace your safe with a new one.
Electronic keypad code lock with extra functions
The electronic code lock has many functions, such as: • Temporary lockdown after too many faulty code attempts
• Single or double command, in which double command means that one code isn't enough to open the cabinet
• Possibility to choose either hidden or visible digits in the display when entering the code
Nice design
The cabinet has a white (RAL9003) rather glossy surface, and a nice looking led-lit code lock, which altogether makes it blend in with most kind of interiors.
