Compact and Secure EI30 Gas Cabinet for 2x P45 Cylinders
This double-door gas cabinet is designed for the safe outdoor storage of gas cylinders, even in public environments. The cabinet is made of a heavy-duty, weather-resistant construction with a finish that meets the ISO 12944 standard. It is insulated to comply with EI30 fire separation requirements and features natural ventilation through openings above and below the door leaf, ensuring direct airflow. The floor is made of non-slip checker plate, and the doors have key locks. An internally mounted fixture beam facilitates the installation of gas equipment.

A cabinet equivalent to EI 30
- Up to 250 litres: The cabinet can stand directly against a wall, regardless of the wall's fire rating and openings in it. Applies to both public and non-public premises.
- 251 to 1,200 litres: EI 30 is not enough to stand against the wall. A distance of 3 metres to the building applies, or a cabinet equivalent to EI 60.
- Over 1,200 litres: A distance is always required, according to the tables in appendix 1.
Without a fire rated cabinet
- Up to 60 litres, non-public premises: May be placed without distance or separation.
- Up to 60 litres, public premises: 3 metres to openings to the public parts of the premises and emergency exits, or 1 metre in a locked steel cabinet.
