The BLS1945E is certified according to the European standard VDMA 24994, which guarantees an independent and reliable verification of the protection level against fire and thermal runaway. This certification, carried out under ECB·S supervision, confirms that the cabinet meets the strictest safety requirements for storing lithium-ion batteries.

Key Features and Safety

• Safe Charging: Five charging levels with a total of 20 power outlets (4 per level) allow for smooth and safe charging with the door closed.
• Automatic Alarm: Built-in smoke and heat detectors monitor the cabinet around the clock. A 50°C alarm warns of critical temperatures, and in case of fire, the power supply is immediately cut off.
• Ventilation: An integrated ventilation unit safely channels away toxic gases that may be released during a thermal runaway.
• Electronic Code Lock: A secure electronic code lock with a digital display protects against unauthorized access. A door alarm is activated if the door is left open.
