BLS1944E is certified according to VDMA 24994, the German industry specification that tests cabinets against thermal runaway with real battery cells. Testing is performed by accredited laboratories under ECB·S supervision, ensuring independent and reliable verification of the protection level.
Advanced Safety Features
- Electronic Code Lock: Comes with a user-friendly electronic code lock with a digital display.
- Alarms & Emergency Power-Off: Built-in smoke and heat detectors monitor the cabinet. A 50°C alarm is activated at critical temperatures, and in case of fire, the power is cut off immediately. A door alarm ensures the cabinet is never left open.
- Ventilation: A built-in ventilation unit with a connection port safely directs toxic gases out of the building during thermal runaway.
Efficient Charging with 16 Power Outlets
With three fire-resistant shelves plus the base, the BLS1944E offers four separate charging levels. Each level is equipped with a PDU with 4 outlets, providing a total of 16 outlets. Easily charge batteries with the door closed without compromising safety.
