Great burglary protection
The SSF3492 burglary rating ensures that he product has been thoroughly tested by Swedish SP to withstand a certain amount of forceful break-in attempts without breaking. This means that you do get a stronger burglary protection from a SSF3492-rated safe than a regular anti-theft safe.
In Sweden the SSF3492 rating also means that most local insurance companies approve of insured storage of up to 40.000 SEK if anchored.
SSF3492 rated safes are therefore perfect for use in both homes, offices and stores whenever there is a special need for improved burglary protection!

We recommend code lock!
If you want to spare yourself the trouble of keys, consider buying a battery powered code locks with thet safe.
Code locks are great for many reasons, not least since there is no need to carry around or share keys among these that are supposed to have access to the safe. An issues that sometimes end up in ill-fated attempts at hiding keys in the vicinity of the safe. For simplicity the code lock is powered by an alkaline 9V battery that can be changed without opening the safe.
The battery tend to last between 1-2 years, depending on how often the cabinet is used. Years of experience tell us that Duracell Ultra Power appear to last the longest and perform better then other batteries in code locks.
The code lock can be set with 2 different personal 6-digit codes that you choose.
Anchoring
At Arkivexperten we always recommend our customers to anchor their cabinet. This is essential for small security cabinets like this one. In fact it is a prerequisite for the SSF3492 rating to be valid since this model weighs less than 150 kg. Luckily anchoring is easy thanks to pre-drilled holes in the bottom and back of the safe.
Improve security even more!
By changing code lock code a few times a year the risk of unauthorised getting hold of a functional way to get into the cabinet (code, or keys) is dramatically decreased. This also mitigates unequal wear and tear of buttons that might hint about which digits are used in the code!
